In the video initially it is explained the location of the various vineyards of the Liselehof estate, red at 200 meters above sea level, white 500 meters above sea level, and, behind the Amendola Pass, one of the highest vineyards in Europe at a height of 1300 meters. After we are shown the vineyards where they grow some resistant varieties, such as Solaris, Helios and Souvigner Gris. While we walk among the rows we are explained the various differences between the vineyards and once we arrive at the cellar the ways in which they are treated, focusing above all on the peculiarities of the special sparkling wine obtained from Souvigner Gris.
